Technical Support Engineer Knowledge Syndicate location Auckland.

It is a vital service with compliances on the extreme high end of the scale and can only be delivered through highly competent engineers with commitment to the standards, values and deliverables. Perform first level troubleshooting for significant contracts with world-class compliance requirements with 24x7 uptime. Previous experience with the disciplines required to troubleshoot and support within a mission critical system requiring 24 x 7 x 52 uptime.

Experience in supporting/troubleshooting the complete infrastructure environment (including multiple server types, databases, NASs, VMs, switches, firewalls, etc), the application software components and at times the users. Implementing system upgrades. Techology to include: Understanding if IPv4 networking, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, inetrnet, Wifi. Includes Windows 10, Office 365, Windows Server 2012 and 2016, Active Directory.

Personal Requirements Clean and clear criminal history. Legal right to work in New Zealand. Able to work weekend shifts.
