Technical Support Analyst Consult Recruitment location Auckland.

About the client our client is a market leader in their field, boasting a large and complex environment which has a reputation for attracting some of the most talented technical people in the market.

Key responsibilities efficiently managing email and telephony ticket requests, adhering to ITIL standards. Providing accurate technical advice and applying workarounds for known issues. Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely incident resolution. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our support processes.

Building strong relationships with end users, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Maintaining effective documentation and administration processes, ensuring accurate records are retained. Liaising with external partners and vendors as necessary. Operate as a team player and ensure risks are mitigated.

Experience required enterprise Level experience. Customer service experience in a large, complex organisation. L1/L2 MS 365 Support. Proficiency in Windows 7, Citrix (preferred), MS Exchange, MS Office, Skype for Business, and Active Directory.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to write and maintain technical documentation as well as translate technical terms into layman terms. A Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
