What You Will Get To Do:
Monitor and manage batch processing to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Handle end-of-financial-year platform processes.
Ensure compliance with SuperStream data and payment standards.
Manage updates to platform rates.
Process and report on TAL insurance payments.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in superannuation processes.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of superannuation data.
Conduct user acceptance testing and business verification testing.
Monitor transactions to ensure compliance with AML/CTF.
Manage insurance processes for both platform and non-platform providers.
Handle bulk uploads for various processes.
Manage invoicing for administration fees, agency fees, and insurance fees across all funds.
Monitor and manage insurance lapses for all funds.
Process direct debits and manage chargebacks.
Identify and resolve possible duplicate entries.
Manage Member Account Attribute Service (MAAS) and Member Account Transaction Service (MATS) processes.
Handle reporting requirements for Centrelink.
Manage annual PAYG reporting.
Prepare and distribute annual statements.
Manage processes related to unclaimed super money.
Address enquiries related to regulatory reporting.
Coordinate annual mailouts, including salary data requests for employer plan insurance members.
Prepare and manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting.
