Technical Infrastructure Support Officer Hudson location Melbourne. Salary $70000.00 - $75000.00 p.a.
Fixed term opportunity with a State Government department to provide Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk technical and administrative support to users, in the set-up and management of teleconferencing meetings.
Key responsibilities provide Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk support for internal and external stakeholders relating to IT teleconferencing, telecommunication and computer hardware. Logging incidents and support requests to ensure that all issues are dealt with according to agreed service levels and in collaboration with the broader ITS team.
Provide support in the set-up, configuration and inventory management of devices as required and keeping stakeholders appraised of progress towards resolution. Assist team members with the implementation of agreed remedies, updates and preventative measures.
To be successful in thsi role you must have the below skillset ITIL certified. Delivering a level 1 and level 2 support in a corporate or government I.T. service desk environment. Application of ITIL principles in a service management environment. Webex and other teleconferencing applications.
