Technical Help Desk Support Protocol Personnel Services Ltd location Auckland.

About the role - based in Auckland you'll be taking helpdesk calls from business clients all over New Zealand and providing them with great customer service plus friendly and helpful technical support. Work in a busy state of the art Service desk environment.

Provide Level 1 & 2 Support. Gain further training & certifications. Opportunities for promotion into the desktop team after a certain period. Nationwide & International leading MSP. Solve technical issues for busy professionals, anything from easy to general day to day, to more complex technical issues.

All phone & email based. Escalate calls specialist technical teams if you can't solve the problem Troubleshoot , Take ownership, Work on getting further Technical Certifications (company-funded). Work with the brilliant systems & processes in place.

About you - you'll have a passion for information technology and enjoy providing your clients with great technical support & generally solving their technical issues remotely. You'll have 1 to 3 years of support experience and some of that time will have been in a remote Service Desk environment. Windows 7,8,10. Office 365, MS Server, AD, Printer Queues & Drivers, General Desktop Support, LANs, Anti Virus and more.
