Based in Grafton Auckland as a Service Desk Analyst you'll be providing level 1&2 Technical Support to external mid-sized business customers all over New Zealand via email, phones, Teams, messaging and more technologies. If you're ready to start a new role asap that's perfect, if you have to give notice that's ok too.

This is a full-time permanent role, working 40 hours per week. Provide Level 1 & 2 Support to business customers. Phone, email, messaging and more. About you - you'll have a passion for information technology and enjoy providing your clients with great technical support & solving their technical issues. Windows 10, AD, and O365 support skills. 6 to 18 months of IT Helpdesk or IT technical support in a similar environment. Tertiary qualification related to Information Technology. Great people skills. Customer-Centric attitude. Friendly & hardworking. Strong technical aptitude. Fast learner of new technologies.

All you need is 6 to 18 months of IT Support experience from a Service Desk or Tech Support environment & want to thrive and keep learning and progressing in your IT Career. This role could lead to promotions into other teams and brilliant career growth opportunities with paying excellent.
