Technical Desktop Support Analyst Fujitsu location Melbourne.

Fujitsu is expanding a team on client site and seek highly motivated candidates with exceptional customer service skills to support desktop, infrastructure services across multiple technology streams including, Hardware, Operating Systems Windows 7 through to Windows 10, Software, Networks, Server and Print devices.

Core skills entry level technical knowledge of hardware and peripherals i.e. laptops, notebooks, workstations desktop PC's, printers, media and audio visual equipment and mobility. Knowledge of desktop & software applications - Microsoft Office, Antivirus software and systems. Basic working knowledge of basic IT infrastructure and network equipment i.e. routers, switches, servers, virtualization.

Ability to articulate technical information to the targeted audience. Customer centric and customer focused. Professional customer service skills. Ability to work well within a team while fostering relationships and partnerships. Experience and knowledge of the use of an incident management toolsets.
