Team Leader Kainga Ora location Auckland. $88,211 + benefits.

Lead and mentor a talented team of property administrators & coordinators. Two Permanent positions based in either Auckland or Christchurch with flexible working encouraged. Salary $ 88,211 per annum + 5 weeks' annual leave and a suite of insurances.

Our role we are looking to welcome Two Team Leaders - Property Administration to lead, mentor, and develop a team of Property Administrators & Coordinators. This team ensures the management and delivery of high-quality property and transactional business support services to our Market Delivery team. The team is responsible for providing assistance to all of Market Delivery's acquisition programmes, acquire existing, acquire new, land and lease properties. We are a diverse and fun bunch of people who work hard and enjoy what we do!

You will have a key role in driving continuous process improvement in the delivery of administrative and business support to the wider Market Delivery team. This means we need someone who is self-motived, up for a challenge and always looking beyond what is in front of you. This is a role where no two days are the same and will require you to jump in and do the doing to support your team during busy times but at the same time also requires leadership, developing your team to grow where required.

Market Delivery is a busy group who have deliverables that must be met so we are keen to have someone who is excited to come on that journey with us. Your previous experience within property or construction will be essential, along with a desire to lead a high functioning team.

What you will bring deliver on the Leadership Expectations for this role to lead and build a high performing and collaborative team. Manage the day-to-day workload of, and provide mentoring and coaching to, the Administrators and Coordinators - Property, including the responsibility for day-to-day allocation of duties. Manage the delivery of effective and efficient administrative and business support services to Market Delivery within the Commercial Group.

Manage, oversee and ensure the accuracy of all documentation produced by the Administrators – Property. Manage requests, expectations and competing priorities of key stakeholders. Lead continuous improvement activities by identifying, developing, implementing and supporting improvements to the existing processes and tools. Develop internal and external relationships that connect the right people, functions and resources to provide the best solution. Provide a safe and healthy workplace environment for the team.
