The Opportunity
We currently have a Team Executive (Legal Secretary) opportunity available in our Brisbane, Ann Street office, on a full time, permanent basis.
As a Team Executive, you are responsible for providing proactive and effective general secretarial and administration assistance to our Lawyers & Practice Executives across a diverse range of tasks. In this role you will closely work with the hub/Practice Executive team lead to ensure the smooth day to day running of the hub, and provide additional support to the Team Assistants.
Development within the Team Executive role will be supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
Prior administrative experience within a Law Firm or similar professional services environment.
"Can do" and proactive approach, including accepting tasks outside the general scope of duties.
Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
Demonstrates initiative and strong client focus.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
