About the Role

We have a 12-month opportunity for a Team Coordinator to join our Project & Infrastructure Advisory team. Our team works with government and private sector clients to shape and deliver major infrastructure projects across Australia.

 

In this role, you’ll support the team with their day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will work closely with Partners, Directors, Managers, and the broader team to ensure they meet needs of our clients and internal BDO requirements.

This role would suit an Executive Assistant/ Practice Assistant from a professional services background or an experienced team administrator dealing with both team members and senior executives or Partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive administration and assistance provided to the partners and broader team to promote effective business operations and positive team culture

Coordinate client on-boarding processes and ensure all BDO Risk & Quality Management processes and procedures are adhered to

Accurately prepare information for billing and co-ordinate with the broader team to ensure smooth invoice processing by required timeframe

General administration including, client correspondence, scanning, filing, archiving, document collation)

Plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, events, travel, and accommodation

Support the team from time-to-time with the completion of client deliverables and management of timeframes across client engagements

 

About You

Previous experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant/ Administration Assistant in a professional services/ corporate environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisational and time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Strong attention to detail and compliance with policy and procedures

Interest in supporting project management activities

Ability to build rapport and liaise with external executives and peers
