Team Coordinator - Transformation office contribute to a number of workstreams. New role, opportunity to mould as your own. Permanent, Wellington based.
MSD’s Transformation Office is responsible for leading the strategic management of MSD’s overall Integrated Work Programme, which includes Te Pae Tawhiti Programme as well as all other work in portfolios. The Transformation Office is responsible for planning, reporting, controls management, assurance, governance coordination, benefits and value management, and investment advice to governance.
As our Team Coordinator you will provide timely and accurate administrative support completing a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities. No two days will be the same.
Key responsibilities include dealing with general enquiries and resolving or redirecting as appropriate. Ensuring documentation and information is correctly and confidentially handled. Managing day-to-day workflows for the team.
Assisting with onboarding, inducting and training new staff. Arranging a variety of meetings and events. Managing team reporting metrics. Contributing to system and process improvements.
As the lynch-pin to the team, you will need to be an experienced administrator who’s keen to be in a role that will utilise your sound decision-making skills complemented by your adaptable and pragmatic attitude.
Experience engaging with a range of stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner and your highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work will ensure your success in this role.
