Our role the Team Coordinator's role is to provide general administrative and co-ordination support to the Financial Control Leadership Team and broader Financial Control function, to enable the delivery of the team's business outcomes.
You will be responsible for the following mahi provide effective administrative support on Finance projects and team events including organising meetings and taking. Coordinate input into the Financial Control work. Ensure work in progress reports are maintained and are up to date.
Coordinate induction for new team. Facilitate cross-team communication of key project status and work plan. Provide administrative support to the Director Financial Control and other members of the Financial Control Leadership. Available to suppliers and contractors as.
What you will bring demonstrated success in writing skills at a high level including the presentation of information using advanced technology to deliver high quality outputs. Proven ability to organise and prioritise meetings and events including tracking and monitoring actions and meeting agendas delivering suitable outcomes and arrangements for multiple leaders.
Be professional and highly organised as recognised by others. Strong communication skills and is able to communicate effectively with staff and suppliers. Can manage multiple situations at any one time and find appropriate solutions. Can deal with a level of ambiguity. Demonstrated experience in problem solving. Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement in previous roles.
