Our role construction & Innovation - The Construction and Innovation (C&I) Group supports Kāinga Ora to grow its public and supported housing portfolio through the design and development of high quality homes that meet the needs of the community now and in the future, and by driving innovation across the construction sector.

The Architecture Design Management Office (ADMO) provides a focus on design quality and whole-of-life outcomes, ensuring Kāinga Ora delivers quality public housing and vibrant community developments. The ADMO team consists of a diverse range of people who are passionate about making a difference. We have a great culture, are values driven, engaged and work together as 'one team' to achieve our goals.

The Team Coordinator provides support in the management of relationships across ADMO and C&I teams, by taking accountability for Coordination assistance along with data, quality and risk assurance processes management.

What you will bring minimum 4 years experience in providing administrative & coordination support. Organisational and time management skills, especially the ability to prioritise effectively. Can work with minimum supervision in a fast paced environment.

Ability with MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint); use of Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), and willingness to expand knowledge of software packages. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
