Team Assistant Lotus People location Sydney. $40 per hour + super.

Build strong relationships with the leadership team, staff and parents in this hugely varied front facing role. Work at a highly regarded Sydney school in the Eastern Suburbs with access to stunning harbour views on site. Starting as a 2 month temporary role, with the potential to extend or go permanent for the right candidate. $40 per hour + super, full time hours.

About the role in this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to provide vital administrative support to the leadership team as well as maintaining high levels of customer service to stakeholders including parents and the wider school community. This is a highly varied role in which you will be involved with Team Assistant duties as well as front facing Receptionist duties. Starting as a two month temporary role, this does have potential to extend or go permanent for the right candidate.

Duties provide valuable administrative support and diary management for the leadership team. Organise meetings and create and distribute meeting minutes, Reception duties. Meeting and greet students, parents and visitors. Administrative support for various events throughout academic year. Generate purchase orders and coordinate invoice processing.

Skills & experience to be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, process driven with strong attention to detail. You will have previous experience working in either a Team Assistant, EA or PA position. You will be a true team player, a real people person with a can-do attitude. An understanding of a school environment would be desirable but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience providing strategic and administrative support to a team. Experience with diary management and minute taking. Excellent customer service skills. Strong working knowledge of MS Office. Strong organisational skills with key attention to detail.
