About the organization the Australasian Investor Relations Association (AIRA) is the peak body organisation representing the investor relations industry. Founded in February 2001, the AIRA supports listed entities with a single voice in the public debate on corporate disclosure and to improve the skills and professionalism of members.

The AIRA supports members by providing education, training, professional development, and offering information and knowledge, and advocating for the industry.

About the role you will be responsible for providing logistical support to the AIRA team to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the organisation. You will assist with aspects of the organisations administration, communications, events, and marketing activities. You will liaise with various internal and external stakeholders and partners.

About the candidate the ideal candidate will enjoy supporting several senior staff members, you will be self-motivated and proactive. You will be highly organised, enjoy working in a busy team with competing priorities, and have exceptional interpersonal skills. You will succeed in working independently and collaboratively.

You will have previous administration experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Duties include, but are not limited to support the organisation of various events eg. Registrations, seating plans, logistics.

Onboard, engage, and communicate with new members. Assist with the marketing and communications eg. Update website. Support and assist with sponsorship proposals, engagement, and management. Liaise with members and stakeholders via phone & email.

Provide administrative support and complete Adhoc duties. Maintain the database and update the CRM. Organise meetings, set the agenda, take minutes, etc.

To be successful, you will have previous experience in an administrative, team assistant, office coordinator, or a similar role. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. Strong coordination, organisation, and time management skills.

High attention to detail and the ability to liaise confidently with people at the senior level. Can do attitude, problem solver, and a willingness to learn. Tech savvy and experience using CRMs and systems eg. IMIS, ASANA, HigherLogic, MS Suite.
