Team Assistant EST10 location Sydney. $35 per hour.

A small but mighty team of ten - you will be joining a close and supportive group of individuals who work together to provide opportunities for others. As the team assistant, you will get the opportunity to build relationships and bonds with the whole team, including the CEO. Working within a small office, you can showcase your positive, proactive, and engaging self to enhance the existing warm and friendly environment.

What is unique about you as the team assistant for this boutique company, you will be the wearer of many hats -  an administration all-rounder! This supportive role will see you working with the CEO (booking travel requirements), assisting the finance team with invoices and data entry, improving morning brain fog with the daily coffee run and working across various documents, events and more. Taking ownership of this role you will organise yourself and the team effectively, relying on your honed experience (no handover – although the team are very helpful) to get to grips with what is needed on a daily and weekly basis. Within this education-focused setting, you will utilise your professional and clear communication skills along with your warm, engaging nature as you liaise with internal and external stakeholders, clients and beneficiaries.

A snapshot of your role book all travel requirements for the CEO, ensuring all details are considered and detailed itineraries are provided. Assist with document preparation, reviewing, formatting and editing with exceptional attention to detail. Oversee the office ensuring all kitchen and office supplies are maintained, deliveries and couriers are organised, and the afternoon snack drawer is always full. Communicate with stakeholders, managing enquiries over the phone and email, and directing to the appropriate point of contact. Happily take on any ad hoc administration request for the team to support in the smooth running of the office.
