Team Administrator Ray White Hawkes Bay location Hawkes Bay.

We are looking for someone with the right combination of administrative prowess, marketing aptitude and second to none customer service to be the linchpin one of New Zealand’s most successful real estate companies based in Havelock North.

This is an autonomous, varied role that will see you managing a top salespersons office, preparing all aspects of personal and property marketing and taking ownership of the salesperson's brands voice, communicating to clients, and providing general PA duties.

To be successful in this role your first priority is to ensure your team has everything they need to focus on the tasks that matter. You’ll be focused on promoting our unique brand, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and customers. It, therefore, goes without saying that you’re a natural at prioritising, have an eye for the smallest detail, and your customer service and communication skills will be nothing short of outstanding.

This is a role that will grow as you grow. We don’t have a list of ideas or must-haves. Simply, if you’re the sort of person with a can-do, will do, just did attitude we want to hear from you.

This role includes but is not limited to Customer Service and Support. Information and Data Management. Advertising Preparation. Technology Assistance. General Office Management. Based in our Havelock North branch, this is an administrative role working 40 hours per week (8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday - Friday).
