Team Administrator Ministry of Social Development location Wellington. $54,755 – $65,590 per year.

Team Administrator - Safe Strong Families & Communities. Are you passionate about helping New Zealanders. Fixed term/Secondment full time opportunity until September 2025. About the role the Team Administrator provides efficient and high-quality administrative support to our team. This is a busy and varied role – you’ll be the hub of the team and involved in a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

Some of these include arranging appointments, venue booking, catering and travel arrangements. Managing meetings, and event bookings and event support. Organising the flow of documentation and information and maintaining sound processes. Developing processes and practises that meet the needs of the team. Minute taking, stakeholder management and oversight of decisions and action points.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience of providing high-level administration. Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work.

The ability to engage with a range of stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner. Good technical understanding of IT processes and systems. Excellent time management. Advanced level of word processing, including experience in Microsoft Outlook, Teams and proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel.
