Team Administrator Randstad location Wellington.

We are excited to be working alongside this Crown Entity who are looking for experienced administrators to provide high quality administrative support. About the role this is a permanent full time role where you will be working alongside a team of administrators.

This rewarding role offers plenty of variety and challenge, along with the chance to work with a diverse group of people where you will be responsible for preparing, managing and coordinating documentation and memos. Transcription and dictation. Diary and calendar management. Travel & accommodation arrangements. Assist with reports and presentations. Invoicing.

About you we'd like to hear from you if you have experience with providing quality administrative support in a busy environment and can demonstrate or have experience in the following strong relationship management skills.

Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making capabilities. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks. Clear communication skills. Competent MS Office skills. Accurate typing, formatting and proofreading skills.
