Teacher Aide Henderson Valley School location Auckland. $25.18 per hour.
Henderson Valley School is looking for a highly professional part time Teacher Aide to support diverse students with additional needs. Experience working with students with additional needs is preferred, but not essential. A successful police vet is a requirement for this position. This is a part-time, term time only position consisting of 20 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 1.00pm), starting on Monday 4th March 2024.
The successful applicant will be required to show patience and empathy. Be flexible, adaptable and hardworking. Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create meaningful relationships. Be responsive to needs, flexible, and show great initiative. The pay will be in line with the NZEI support staff collective agreement.
