Tandoori Chief Chef(Indian Restaurant), Salary $3500-$4000(depends on experiences), Working Days/Hours: 6days | Start from 10am (3 hours breaks) | After 44 hours OT Pay (Rate 1.5), location Near Nicholl Highway MRT.

Duties & responsibilities preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty. Assisting on stock ordering and monitoring procedures. Participate fully in all meetings, training and forums. Demonstrate excellent food preparation practices, portion control and end to end food production. Support Head Chief Chef to deliver on all company measures & targets. Monitoring food consumption to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and minimum waste. Any reasonable duties as required from time to time.

Requirements expertise in Tandoori, Curry and Biryani cooking. High standard of personal hygiene, detailed and precise working. Open for continual development, Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in similar style of cooking. Excellent knowledge of relevant food and health & safety regulations.
