Your new role the focus of the role is being a matchmaker: searching for and building and maintaining relationships with a network of talent that contributes to our team’s success. To work with the Auckland based consultants and to assist in the administrative/ recruitment process.
Sourcing and screening of job applicants. Scheduling interviews and completing registration process. Managing the full recruitment process – sourcing and engaging with candidates. Posting regular job advertisements. Following up with candidate’s time sheets. Maintaining a candidate pool of available candidates. Regular site visits and meeting with candidates and clients.
We service our candidates and clients in the below sectors construction & Building. Manufacturing & production. Transport & Logistics.
What you will need to succeed highly motivated and someone who thrives in a diverse working environment. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous sales or recruitment experience would be an advantage. Ideally you will have experience within a sale focused or customer centric work.
Ambitious and the right attitude goes a long way. Be able to work full time from our branch based in Auckland CBD. You must be currently living and be able to work full-time in New Zealand to be applicable for this role. Strong interpersonal and people management skills. Be able to work on multiple software’s.
