The Role
You’ll provide end-to-end administrative and operational support across the recruitment lifecycle, helping to deliver smooth, efficient, and engaging hiring processes. You’ll also play a key role in coordinating our Scholarship Program and supporting emerging talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate interviews, meetings, and candidate communications to support recruitment processes
Manage recruitment systems, data integrity, and documentation including reports and assessments
Support onboarding activities and liaise with candidates regarding pre-employment requirements
Initiate and manage background checks, medicals, and psychometric testing
Maintain the careers inbox and publish job ads across internal and external platforms
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and operational standards
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment support
Contribute to HR data analytics and insights to enhance employee engagement
Coordinate the Scholarship Program, including candidate communications, application tracking, and stakeholder support
About You

2–4 years’ experience in talent acquisition coordination or recruitment administration
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
A team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for supporting people initiatives
