About the role as our new Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you are integral to the success of V/Line’s People, Risk, Safety & Sustainability Group. Reporting to the Head of Talent – Mobility & Programmes, you’ll join a team of trusted Talent Advisors who live & breath customer centricity – at the core, they bring pride, passion and personality.
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our (soon-to-be award/s winning.) team on a 12-month fixed term engagement. In this role, you will partner with the business to lead impressionable talent acquisition strategies & experiences that deliver on our organisation’s people strategy.
You will manage the talent lifecycle for our hiring managers & candidates, working collaboratively with the broader Talent & People teams in delivery of seamless, high-quality solutions leveraging contemporary & best-practice recruitment and selection methodology.
About you, we are open to expertise across a number of verticals including high-volume, trades, internal mobility & customer experience hiring. Coupled with this experience you’ll bring strong knowledge of talent acquisition practices, industry trends, and requirements standards.
Excellent written communication & interpersonal skills and internal stakeholder management skills.
