Systems Administrator Private Advertiser location Sydney.

Inventis Gregory is a diversified company involved in sales, marketing, design and manufacture of products and services whose foundation is 'inspiration' and 'innovation'. We are looking for the right person to join our team in the role of Systems Administrator on a part time basis. This position will be responsible for the day to day management, maintenance and development of the Group’s IT and Communication Infrastructure and CRM System (ABEL).

Main responsibilities will include full responsibility of the day to day running of the IT and Communication infrastructure. Manage the network and security of data integrity by following daily backups procedures. Installation and ongoing support of desktop and server hardware and operating system and application software. Analysis of general security and firewalls and manage VPN access for remote access.

Where required work with external suppliers and internal senior management keeping them up to date on the continued development of IT and Communications infrastructure. Management of phone systems both landline and mobile to support Group requirements and provide support and guidance on use of system to new and current users. Train new starters in the use of ABEL within the context of their position and provide management reports as and when required. Provide guidance to the Group in relation to required accreditations. Ensure all required accreditations such as AFRDI, GECA, BIFMA are valid and up to date.

To be considered for the role you will have the following skills, attributes and experience suitable technical qualifications. Relevant skills/experience with MS Windows servers, O365 and desktop Office systems. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks. You will have experience in a similar role.

You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to liaise with all stakeholders. Provide guidance to the Group in relation to required accreditations. Have an understanding of accreditations such as AFRDI, GECA, BIFMA are valid and up to date. A remuneration package including salary and superannuation will be offered to the successful candidate, with training provided on our internal software, processes and products.
