Health & Sports Swim Club is an established Private Swim School owned by Health & Sports Fitness Club. We have worked hard to be the best, and with the rapid growth over the past 6 years, is a testament to our success. We pride ourselves with outstanding customer service along with professional instruction and dedicated staff.

We are looking for a Swim School Manager who has that special something to take us into the next phase of our bright future.  We currently have enrolled 400 kids of all ages ranging from pre-school to 5 years plus in our Swim School. Our 12-month goal is to grow our Swim School to 800 kids.

The smooth running of the swim school, in all aspects, will be your responsibility. Team Leadership and problem solving will be essential in this role and being able to work under pressure is a must. Fresh ideas and innovations are most welcome. Flexibility will also be an essential attribute.

The successful candidate will be an experienced swim instructor across all ages, have exceptional communication and organizational skills and a broad knowledge of all swimming techniques and their progressions. Experience in general pool management would be advantageous but not essential. The right applicant will also receive full gym membership to our outstanding facilities. Renumeration package is negotiable.
