Surveyor location City Hall / Clarke Quay, Central. Job Type Temporary.

Job duty manage inbound calls to assist with enquiry. Conduct Outbound calls to complete survey via phone phone (there will be KPI to achieve). Staff will be given a list to reach out. Schedule interview appointments with respondents. Data entry for completed surveys. Status update report to supervisor. Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data. Any other ad-hoc duties.

Job information location Clarke quay. Duration 3 months, Working hours 4 weekdays + 1 weekend, weekdays 8am-4pm/2pm-10pm(ROSTER), weekends 8.30am-9.30pm. Salary $2.2k +  Incentive ($200 / $300) depending on the KPI achievement (Eg. Completion of 150 surveys in a month - $200, Completion of 180 surveys in a month - $300).

Requirements able to commit AM/PM shifts. Able to commit weekends.
