Support Officer Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment location Wellington.

As our Support Officer, you will provide support for the Disputes Resolution Manager and the mediators as well as the wider Employment Service Branch. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, such as acting as a first point of contact for the office (for visitors and general phone calls), taking minutes, travel booking, managing inboxes and financial support.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong administration skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise your work. A can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail. Energy and a can-do, positive, proactive attitude. Ability to quickly establish and build strong working relationships. Experience working in a Government, regulatory or other complex environment would be advantageous.
