In this permanent position as a Support Officer, you'll be supporting a team of officers processing visa applications by providing vital administration support. At National Documentation Office, we receive and lodge all onshore applications which are then transferred to processing offices.

Skills and Experience required we are keen to hear from you if you have demonstrated data entry & document management services in a busy environment. Effectively manage your own workflow to meet business requirements. Applied common sense, logical thinking skills and flexibility.

Worked effectively with your manager and colleagues to achieve team goals and meet customer expectations. Built positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Paid close attention to details and have a high level of accuracy. Problem solve and think outside the box.
