Support Officer Chandler Macleod location Sydney. $43.82 per hour.

Chandler Macleod is currently recruiting for an APS4 Project Officer/ 3P Support Officer to join a leading Federal Government Agency. This is on an initial contract of 12 months with possibility of extension and based in Surry Hills.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to providing advice, procedural guidance and administrative support to staff and stakeholders. Assisting with data remediation and analysis on relevant project activities. Assisting and supporting regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.

Building rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships to support the delivery of projects. Managing, collating, interpreting and analysing data to produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational planning. Undertaking project activities including related administrative tasks and functions.

Essential skills to have for the role good understanding and experience using variety of systems/ digital platforms. Ability to work in fast paced environment. Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment.

Desirable skills to have for the role ability to work with internal and external stakeholders (from team). Data entry experience.
