About the role

We're looking for energetic café team members to complement our existing team who have an interest in café operations, food and drinks!

Whilst Café and Barista experience is always a plus it’s not essential, we are ultimately seeking team with a willingness to learn new skills and looking for a change. The rest we can teach and train, we just need you to have the right attitude.

This in-house café role will see you working at the Bunnings Café at the National Support Office, Swan Street, Burnley.

We have full time opportunities available between Monday to Friday, offering varied & flexible roster arrangements between the hours of 6am and 4pm.

Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude

Ability to engage with a variety and diverse range of people

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages

Prepare and serve both hot and cold food items

Assist with food preparation and presentation

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe

Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system

Support the Cafe Manager with daily operations and catering requests

Who we’re looking for

Our ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves being in a customer facing role delivering the best service to our support team and visitors.

An ability to achieve results and standards by working with your team and leaders

Be approachable and confident when interacting with customers

Have an eagerness to learn about new skills & products

To be on your feet assisting with customers across the required span of hours.
