Support Coordinator or Administrator Hearts and Minds location Auckland.

Hearts & Minds is a community organisation with an integrated focus on wellbeing. Our services are designed to support people experiencing mild-moderate mental health concerns, with an approach that is both valuing and supportive.

We are seeking a Support Coordinator/Administrator with excellent people and organisational skills to join our team. This interesting and varied frontline position has a focus on ensuring people are connected to the right support within Hearts & Minds and/or the wider community, as well as playing a key role in triaging clients into our Wellbeing & Resilience Programme.

Day-to-day duties include: client engagement (primarily via phone and email with the occasional face-to-face meeting), processing GP/Agency referrals, completing enrolments, answering general enquiries, supplying reporting data, collating evaluations, and providing back up support to our Wellbeing Administrator/Hub Coordinator.

This role requires a compassionate person who is driven by strong professional practices and has experience of working in the health/community sector.

Skills and experience background experience of working in the health/community sector. Proven administrative and organisational skills, with an eye for detail. Excellent people skills: warm, and professional.

Strong communication skills written and verbal. Flexible multi-tasker, with good stress management skills. Ability to work inclusively with diverse populations. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Strong computer skills. A ‘can-do’ solution focused attitude to life and work. This position is for 30 hours per week (5 days per week - 10.00am - 4.00pm).
