We’re looking for a passionate Supervisor to drive face-to-face ticket sales, motivate a high-performing team, and ensure seamless daily operations across our key airport and city terminals.
What’s on offer:
Set your own roster between 6:00am and 10:00pm
Just one mandatory evening shift (until 8:00pm) per fortnight
Flexible hours that let you stay connected with your team across shifts
Work across Tullamarine, Avalon and Southern Cross – with transportation provided

Your day will include:
Leading and motivating a team of CSAs to exceed KPIs
Driving face-to-face ticket sales and delivering strong commercial results
Creating an outstanding customer experience across all locations
Managing rosters, operations and performance reporting
Coaching your team to grow, develop and shine
