Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. To ensure the company’s standard operating procedures is adhered. Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction. Staff management (Hiring/Training/Schduling). Establish excellent guest service to meet the operation's target. Prepare for pre-dining work according to actual business needs, and set up other countertops.

Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant. Hospitality for the guest, to meet the reasonable needs and requirements of customers, enthusiasm and initiative to order food for guests, and accurately deliver the food and beverages to the customers.

Minimum requirements minimum 2 year of relevant experience is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Chinese speaking to liaise with customers well. Salary Range $2000. Working days/hours 11hrs daily, 11-11, 6 days per week, location East Coast. 2 free meals provided daily.
