We have got an exciting opportunity for a Student Services Officer to be part of our team at ACCLM in our Brisbane or Sydney campus.

Key responsibilities provide outstanding student services support to ACCLM Students. Manage orientation and enrolment and assist in graduation documents. Check student file contents for enrolment: Enrolment Form, Contact Details, Letter of Offer, Direct Debit form etc. Maintain data entry records of ACCLM programs. Data entry and update of student’s profiles and details in RTO Manager.

Manage issuance of qualifications to ACCLM graduates. Monitor and communicate with students with outstanding fees. Regular reports as requested by the Online Program Manager. Data base and LMS management. Prepare student status update reports and maintain master spreadsheets. Liaise with staff to ensure efficient management of student enquiries and deadlines are met. Accurately record all student related inward and outward correspondence including email and internal correspondence.

As the successful candidate you will ideally have a degree with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience in education/training or services industry. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a busy team environment. Ability to organise and manage multiple priorities. Experience within a Registered Training Organisation. Knowledge of the Standards for RTOs 2015.

Experience and understanding of VET Sector. Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Student Management System (RTOM preferred but not essential) and Canvas LMS. Strong attention to detail and follow through on tasks. Must have a great team attitude.
