We have got an exciting opportunity for Student Services Officer to be part of our team at the Institutes of Higher Education (IHEs) namely APIC, HELI and CHS in our Melbourne office.

Asia Pacific International College (APIC), Higher Education Leadership Institute (HELI) and the College of Health Sciences (CHS) provide a number of awards from diploma to Master degrees in areas such as business, project management, IT, higher education learning and teaching focussing on eLearning, and health management.

Key responsibilities administrative function as required in the Registrar’s Office. Managing and processing student enquiries. Appropriate referral of students to support and welfare services. Providing support to students through enrolment. Processing student applications. Assisting with graduation.

As the successful candidate you will ideally have an award in business administration or related area. Experience in administrative and customer service roles. Experience using a student management system and at least intermediate level skills in MS Office. Demonstrated ability to multitask in a busy environment.
