About the role an exciting role is available to provide excellent customer service to the Future Students recruitment teams to support our work with prospective students, their families, and their key influencers such as education agents and school counsellors.

We are responsible for coordinating offshore recruitment strategies. We deliver a program of recruitment and conversion activities across multiple markets, providing outstanding service to prospective students, managing recruitment events, working with recruitment agents, and supporting country-based recruitment teams located offshore. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Offshore Recruitment, you will provide administrative support and coordinate a range of recruitment and conversion events to deliver the student recruitment targets of the University.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the coordination and delivery of student recruitment events/activities of various sizes and delivery modes (online/in-person). Updating recruitment plans, and event spreadsheets, and producing data reports utilising a range of digital technologies including Salesforce.

Supporting the coordination and delivery of campus tours inc. advising appointments for prospective students and their families. Providing logistical support for events in offshore markets, including the creation of itineraries, liaison with providers such as hotels, and ensuring recruitment support materials are prepared.

Who we are looking for we’re looking for people with high-level interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships and influence optimal outcomes for the University and students. You will be a problem-solver, with exceptional organisational skills, that will allow you to coordinate events, and manage competing deadlines.

You will also have completion of a degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Demonstrated experience in the delivery of excellent customer services to internal and external customers.

Experience in utilising CRMs and other standard applications such as Excel, PowerBI and Smartsheets. High-level written and oral communication skills including experience in presenting to groups in a professional environment and strong attention to detail. This role requires current valid work rights for Australia. Your new team –Student and Scholarly Services (SASS). Student and Scholarly Services provides student administration and services from recruitment and point of enquiry to graduation. This team also delivers well-being and scholarly services to students and staff.
