About the role this position is accountable for the provision of customer focused and enrolment services to meet customer needs and enhance Chisholm’s business. This role interacts directly with customers and students in a professional manner to provide information and assistance. This role is also responsible for providing a positive customer and enrolment experience via multiple channels, including phone, face-to-face, email and webchat.

The role is also responsible for administrative tasks associated with enrolments. The incumbent is a key and active participant of the Student Enquiry and Enrolment Services team and provides expertise to internal and external customers.

Key accountabilities include but not limited to receive and distribute incoming chisholm enquiries through to relevant teams. Diagnose and resolve general queries regarding applications. Provide outstanding service when interacting with external contacts and students to enhance the chisholm brand.

Work with the other teams to prepare for Information Sessions and Enrolment Centres to ensure their smooth and efficient operation. Provide engagement session support, ensuring enrolment compliance and efficient administration.

Participate in planning for peak period enrolment activity. Provide enrolment administration support to students in a professional and engaging manner aligned to Chisholm’s Customer Service Guidelines. Provide a high level of responsiveness and support to learners with special needs, learning difficulties and refer challenges to Student Services for support.

About you you will have relevant qualifications, skills, and experience in the following a relevant qualification at a minimum of post-secondary level or equivalent relevant experience. Demonstrated customer service orientation.

Previous administration experience in complex environments. Intermediate PC skills and familiarity with data management systems. Excellent interpersonal skills, in particular strong communication capability and active listening. High level of attention to detail.

Ability to take initiative and proactively manage customers. Effective self-management skills including the ability to manage time, set priorities, plan and organise work. Evidence-driven approaches to decision making and problem solving. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
