About the opportunity the Scholarships team is looking for a self-driven and motivated individual to join their high performing team. In this role, you will be providing strong administrative skills in preparing documents, maintaining records, updating web materials, responding to queries, exploring matters and sourcing solutions related to the effective, timely and compliant administration of scholarships for domestic and international students. As the first point of contact for the office, this role requires strong administrative and organizational skills in order to coordinate and undertake a range of operational activities on an ongoing basis.

Your key responsibilities will be to manage the delivery of daily administrative activities and services that form part of the scholarships teams work. Resolve matters and manage communication with discretion, tact and diplomacy utilizing knowledge of University policy and practice.

Provide advice and resolve scholarship related matters that may arise with discretion, tact and diplomacy. Ensure databases, extracts and regular reports issued are aligned with business needs and established procedures. Initiate, develop and maintain professional, productive and positive relationships with faculty administrative staff, academics and other internal and external stakeholders

About you highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with experience in handling a wide range of enquiries. Excellent customer service skills together with well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Extensive experience in handling enquiries and the demonstrated provision of excellent customer service skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement.
