About the Business Australia International College of Business & Technology (AICBT) is an established private boutique Registered Training Organisation (RTO) located in the Brisbane CBD. We pride ourselves as the student-favorite RTO, providing quality education and training since 1995.
We currently have opportunities available at our rapidly growing Brisbane Campus. Working along with AICBT’s Management team, the successful applicant will perform duties such as student support, administration and reception, monthly students’ enrolment, and intake planning. The successful candidate would be highly motivated, hard-working, team-orientated, responsible, and self-driven.
Key responsibilities high-level English verbal and written communication skills. General RTO administration; filing, printing, scanning, laminating, archiving. Assistance in Marketing/Promotion. Managing student inquiries. Processing student applications. Student Orientation and induction. Coordinating and scheduling classes. Accurate data entry in student management systems.
Issuing Letters of Offer, CoE, student ID, and Certificates to students. Maintaining electronic and hard copy student records. Monitoring student Attendance and Course Progress. Demonstrating awareness of diversity. Coordinating board meetings, taking minutes and following-up.
Working closely with the academic team to ensure efficient and timely student management and stakeholder objectives. Liaising with recruiting agents general housekeeping including maintenance of reception area (student services area), classrooms, and boardroom. Any other duties as and when delegated or directed by the CEO.
Skills and experience to be successful in this role you will need previous experience of at least 1 year in an RTO delivering to Domestic & international markets is a must. Knowledge about AVETMISS is Essential- including an understanding of the Australian VET system (ESOS Framework, PRISMS, and CRICOS & ELICOS). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal.
High-level administration, organizational skills, and working independently. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize competing tasks for timely completion. Friendly phone manner. Proficiency with Strong MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Team player fostering a service-centric mindset. Adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment. European and Asia language capabilities are not essential but will be highly regarded.
