About the role due to significant growth of the business, we have an opportunity for a strata manager/trainee strata Manager. We are after an individual who has a passion to succeed, is willing to learn and has a customer service focus. The position will be based out of our Menai office, located in the Sutherland Shire. This role would be ideal if you are working as a Property Manager seeking a change in career, a Strata Assistant or if you have a Management background. To be successful in this position, you must have a can do attitude, high work ethics, customer service focused and a mature outlook. Key duties include managing a portfolio of clients, liaise with owners, committee members and agents, email management, reviewing financials, co-ordinating repairs and maintenance, be able to multi-task, team player, preparing meeting notices and agendas, undertaking administrative duties, preparing budgets, attending meetings as required (generally after hours), providing exceptional customer service and a high level of communication.
