The role in this pivotal position, you will be responsible for portfolio Management Overseeing your own portfolio of approximately 700 to 1000 lots, ensuring efficient operation and high levels of client satisfaction. General Management Support Providing comprehensive support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns while maintaining excellent relationships.
AGM Coordination Organizing and conducting Annual General Meetings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and effective communication with stakeholders. Collaboration with Committees Working closely with Building Management Committees to facilitate decision-making processes and enhance community living standards.
Budget Management Developing and managing budgets for your portfolio, ensuring financial sustainability and transparency. Dedicated Strata Assistant Collaborating with a dedicated Strata Assistant to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
