The role the successful candidate will be responsible for a Portfolio of approximately 20 - 30 large mixed-use Strata Schemes predominately located in the CBD. These are high end schemes with complex infrastructures, such as embedded networks, communal hot water systems, a wide variety of managed assets and maintained facilities.

Reading and Interpretation of the Strata Titles Act and By-Laws. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. Prepare meeting Agendas and Minutes, Prepare Budgets, Chair meetings, Manage issues and problem solve.
