Strata Assistant Private Advertiser location Sydney.

Established in 1994, Strata Partners is a privately owned strata management company employing 40 people. Due to ongoing business growth, Strata Partners is looking to for an Assistant to join our team and assist one of the Partners. Based in Willoughby, Strata Partners is a specialist strata management company who are known for their exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

It would be excellent if you have customer service experience, but we are open to employing the right person regardless of experience. You will be given the opportunity to be mentored and learn the industry from a team of experienced Strata Managers, who will assist you in building a foundation of skills and knowledge.

About you customer service focused. Ability to build long term rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal). Organised and proactive. Strong problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt. Customer service industry background, such as retail or hospitality and know how to work within a team environment.

About the role assist clients directly with daily requests and queries. Administrative tasks including invoice payments and data entry. Requires attention to detail. Assisting a portfolio within a team of four. Opportunity to pursue a career in strong and growing industry.
