W Herrmann Strata are a boutique modern family run Strata Management Agency based in Rockdale. With the company continuing to grow, we are searching for an experienced Strata Assistant to assist with the daily functions associated with Strata Management. Please note that as a condition of employment, this role will require the candidate to have their certificate of registration.
Duties will include but will not be limited to answering phone calls. Responding and actioning emails. Action repairs and maintenance requests. Proactive and professional support of the strata management staff and other team members as necessary. Electronic filing. Strata Roll management. Facilitating key requests . Assisting with invoice processing. Additional adhoc administrative duties.
Skills and experience required include positive attitude, self motivated and willing to work in a team environment. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail is essential. Computer literate with an excellent knowledge of MS Outlook and Word. Experience with reception and administrative tasks. Knowledge of Strata Master and Filesmart.
