Since 1978 Beehive Vinyl Products Pty Ltd has grown into a solid, reputable local fabricator of Vinyl, Canvas & Shade Cloth products including tool bags for consumer and commercial applications as well as providing Motor & Marine Trimming. Due to an increase in growth Beehive Vinyl Products invites suitable applicants to apply for the following casual position (full time hours - 40 hours per week).

Duties include assisting with inward and outward goods, stock handling, stock take and stores organisation. Unloading of trucks, checking of stock in & reconciling against purchase orders & delivery dockets. Maintaining & monitoring stock levels & liaising with procurement for reordering.

Stack, organise, rotate stock & cleaning stock storage areas & assist in cleaning workplace areas. Assist with maintaining stock identification & reordering system. Assist workshop staff with distributing stock & equipment for production / resale & restocking excess. General forklift operation.

Packing, sorting & storage of finished goods for pick up by customers / freight carriers. Assisting workshop with the fabricating of shade cloth, vinyl, and canvas goods and other general duties from time to time. Basic maintenance on building, vehicles, plant & equipment. Some pick ups & deliveries.

Successful Applicant must possess a current QLD High Risk forklift licence & manual drivers’ licence. Experience in stores / warehousing. Sound experience with Microsoft Word & preferably some basic Excel experience. Sound numeracy & literacy skills.

Positive can-do attitude & be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Be physically fit to do manual labour & must be able to pass pre-employment medical questionnaire, drug & alcohol test and a police clearance check. High level of attention to detail and time management skills. Be able to follow directions & conform to WH&S. Position will be casual Monday to Friday.
