About the business and the role Hayden Agencies is a wholesale distributor that supplies Australian and New Zealand businesses with a wide range of balloon and other party related products. We require a competent individual who can join our current warehousing team.
The role has a heavy focus on stock management, checking off received stock against invoices, placing stock into the warehouse and a number of other general warehousing duties. Accuracy and speed will be of the utmost priority, they are the foundation of this role and the applicant will not successfully fill the position if these criteria do not reach the standard that we require.
Job tasks and responsibilities incoming and Outgoing Stock Management, Stocktaking, Shelf Stacking, Inventory Placement, General Laboring, Cleaning and Organizing.
Skills and experience the ability to check received stock against the invoice, fast and efficiently (KPIs must be met). Excellent organizational & time management skills. Sufficient IT and Computer skills. Effective Communication skills / ability to work within a team and fit into our company culture. Ability to follow instructions and Learn Quickly. An Understanding of our product and operation must be acquired quickly.
Physically fit and able. Must have a driver's License and own transport. The ability to pick and pack accurately, fast and efficiently (KPIs must be met). It is crucial that a genuine interest in our industry and its products is developed by the successful applicant.
