As a Store Manager, you are a commercial leader and a key ambassador of the Inditex brand. Your leadership sets the tone for your team, driving performance, inspiring growth, and ensuring your store operates at the highest standard. You combine operational excellence with a deep understanding of product and people, creating a store environment where both customers and team members thrive.

 

Position Duties:

Attending and conducting store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure that team members maintain an awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store;
Managing and supporting all team members within the store to maintain a good image for the product and the store (e.g. folding and displaying products) within the store;
Ensuring a high level of customer service is offered by the team in the entire store by providing customer service both face to face and over the telephone;
Maintaining an up to date knowledge of products and promotions including awareness of;

Offering alternatives;

Responding to difficult customer queries and requests and preparing and implementing complex customer service action plans;
Managing and supporting the delivery of customer service within the store in accordance with the companies standards and guidelines;
Managing the organisation and arrangement of the stockrooms of the store to maximise efficiency and ensure compliance with directions from senior management and all health & safety requirements;
Providing reports throughout the day to managers and colleagues;
Managing and supporting the visual merchandising of products within the store in accordance with the company standards and guidelines;
Providing training and support to all team members within the store;
Managing and motivating colleagues within the store in accordance with the companies standards and guidelines;
Maintaining an up to date knowledge of the store daily/monthly/yearly budgets (sales/hours/productivity etc.) and targets, proposing specific action plans to ensure that we are reaching the company objectives;
Assisting HR Managers in the recruitment and induction of members of the store team;
Planning and managing the rosters for the team members within the store in accordance with the companies standards and guidelines;
Managing the conduct and performance of team members within the store with support from the HR Manager, including management of conflict resolution procedures, performance management, participation in workplace investigations, and disciplinary procedures.

Role Requirements

Diploma and 2 years of relevant work experience, or 3 years of relevant work experience
Passionate about leading your team to success
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge in team rostering and employee relations
Business minded and driven to succeed
High volume managerial experience (70 team size)
Experience with MS Office Systems;
Strong fashion knowledge and merchandising skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
