We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Robin's Kitchen Mt Ommaney store, take ownership of performance, and build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day. This role operates on a rotating fortnightly roster.

What you’ll be doing

Owning store performance, driving sales, and achieving budget and KPI targets

Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service

Coaching, motivating, and developing your Assistant Manager and team

Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members

Managing stock control, deliveries, inventory accuracy, and stocktakes

Ensuring visual merchandising, windows, and store presentation meet brand guidelines

Overseeing rosters, store administration, and data integrity

Maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-run store environment

About You

Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment

Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales and results

Confident, hands-on leader who leads by example

Passionate about customer experience and developing people

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting
