About the role We are currently seeking experienced Store Managers for Retail Management positions across outback communities in the Northern Territory and Queensland. These full time positions are based in various remote communities in the NT or QLD.

Responsibilities manage the day to day operations of the Retail store and takeaway. Develop, train and mentor local employees. Stock management. Administration duties. Liaising with key community stakeholders about the store. Liaise with our Nutritionists for healthy food choices.

Skills and experience demonstrated experience in Retail Management and/or Hospitality Management. Experience in forecasting, analysis, and staff rostering. Practical hands-on problem-solving skills.
